There is no form here and no chat window. It is a small service run by one person, so an email is the honest version of what would happen anyway.
Two things worth saying first
If you have had a text from us and want to know whether it is real, you do not need to email anybody — check it here with the reference from the message.
If you have had a text and would rather we did not have your number, reply UNSUBSCRIBE to it. That takes you off the list straight away and tells the person who added you, so they can find somebody else.
Asking what we hold about you
Anybody can ask, including somebody who never signed up here and was added to a list by a friend. Email us with the mobile number, and the reference from the bottom of the text if you still have it.
We will text that number a short code before we answer. That is not bureaucracy: telling whoever asks whose emergency contact somebody is would be a worse failure than making you send a code back. Once you have, we will tell you what is held and who added you, within a month and at no charge.
What we hold about people who were added by somebody else
We will not use your address for anything except replying.
